MARKERS. No mistake, however grave, can be your grave unless you choose it to
be so. You are not at the end unless you limit yourself by labeling yourself a
failure, a mistake. You are not that.
You exist outside the bounds of what result you have helped produce by right or
wrong thinking. There may be a reason why, but do not allow that reason to
define who you are, for it is only partial and not the whole.
So do not bother with the why. Focus, rather, on the why not. Knowing why
something has been is useful, but asking of the present and future why not, rather
than dissecting the why of the past, pulls us toward the recognition that we are
always becoming more of who we are.
Mark the time by moving through it.
